Karen Lintin - Dental Profile I qualified from University of Bristol Dental Hospital in 1975, and continued studying and working at the dental hospital as a House Officer and Senior House officer. I then joined a general practice in Oxford where I worked until 1979 before becoming a dental surgeon at Shell International Petroleum Company, based mostly in their headquarters in London, though I did spend a fascinating year in Brunei, Borneo, treating the Shell Company workers and their dependants. On moving to Salisbury in 1984, when my husband David took up his consultant post a Salisbury District Hospital I worked as a general practitioner in a city centre dental practice, as well as raising two children, before joining Belinda in her modern bright and conveniently situated practice in 2008. Here I am able to continue to carry out quality dentistry in a calm and friendly practice where I aim to make the dental experience as non-threatening and pleasurable as possible sharing the same treatment aims and ethos as Belinda. |
